Our first community-led project to deliver six affordable homes at the Old Sports Centre site has already has its planning application approved and we are hoping to 'break ground' later this year.   Thank you to everyone who took part in our two consultations in 2021/2 that helped to shape this project.

Whilst our steering group of volunteers have given a great deal of their time to get us to this point, our ability to make further progress and bring future projects forward means we will need some professional help, paid from our own resources. The funds raised by the 200 Club will enable us to meet these demands.

HOW IT WORKS

Complete the form below (unless you are given an application form at an event). We will then send you a welcome letter, confirming your 200 club number, membership details, and instructions for setting up your standing order.

The prize draw will be made between 10th - 12th working day of each month, with the winning numbers drawn by an independent guest. Details of each draw and the winning numbers will be published on our website, on local social media sites and in 'Focus' magazine. Please note that in line with our privacy policy, we will NOT be publishing winners names or any personal details.

Prizewinners will be contacted by telephone and/or email, and prizes will be sent via bank transfer to the winners nominated bank account, or by other methods as agreed by the 200 Club Governing Committee.

Every 200 member will help to get affordable homes built through future community-led projects so please join if you can and forward this email to friends and family who may be interested in supporting our work.

Names of prize winners will be available on enquiry from the Secretary of the NCLT, but will only be published with the winner’s consent
